Meatballs Stroganoff
Meatballs Stroganoff is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. hamburger, 3/4 c. dried bread crumbs, salt and pepper to taste, 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms and 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
With fork, combine hamburger, milk, bread crumbs, parsley, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
Shape into 1 3/4 inch meatballs.
Brown in 2 tablespoons hot oil in 12-inch skillet.
In another pan heat 2 tablespoons oil.
Cook onion and mushrooms with paprika until tender, 5 to 8 minutes.
Sprinkle flour over mixture. While stirring, add beef broth.
Place meatballs in mixture.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce and sour cream.
Heat through, careful not to boil.
Serve over hot rice and sprinkle with dill.
