Lo-Cal Parmesan Chicken
Lo-Cal Parmesan Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. buttermilk, 3/4 oz. grated parmesan, 10 oz. skinned and boned chicken breasts, pounded, 2 tbsp. flour and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
In small bowl, combine buttermilk and Parmesan cheese; set aside.
Sprinkle chicken breasts with flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
Dip floured breasts into buttermilk cheese mixture, coating both sides and using entire mix.
Repeat with bread crumbs.
In 9-inch skillet, heat oil; add chicken breasts and cook, turning once, until brown on both sides.
