Liver And Onions is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tsp. oil, 2 large onions, thinly sliced, 1 lb. beef liver, cut 1/4-inch thick, 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour and 2 tbsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In hot oil, cook onions 10 to 15 minutes, until very tender, stirring often.
Remove onions to platter; keep warm.
Cut liver into 4 portions.
Coat liver with flour.
In same skillet, over medium-high heat, in 2 tablespoons oil, cook liver 4 minutes or until browned on both sides, turning once.
Place liver on onions. Serve hot.
