Combine the first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; cut in the margarine with a pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles course meal.

Add the remaining ingredients; stir until dry ingredients are moistened.

Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead, 4 to 5 times.

Roll dough to a 1/2 in. thickness and cut with a 2 in. biscuit cutter.

Place on an ungreased pan and bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes or until browned as desired.
