Homemade Noodles
Homemade Noodles is an easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 1 tbsp. salt, 2 tsp. baking powder and 4 cups flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Sift flour, salt and baking powder into a large bowl; add flour.
Make a well in the center of the mixture.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing slightly after each addition to make a stiff dough.
Knead until smooth.
Roll out very thin on a floured surface.
Allow to dry for 20 minutes.
Roll up loosely, slice 1/4 inch wide, unroll, spread out and let dry for 2 hours.
If desired, store in tightly covered container until needed.
Yields 14 cups uncooked noodles.
