πŸ‘¨β€πŸ³ Instructions

Melt German sweet chocolate bars with powdered sugar and water in double boiler over low heat.

Beat mixture by hand then allow to cool until thick (I place pan in sink filled with cool water to speed up thickening.)

When thickened, add egg yolks to mixture one at a time. Beat egg whites to a froth and add to chocolate mixture.

Line loaf pan mold with a piece of wax paper and fill with half of ladyfingers, then chocolate mixture.

Repeat second layer.

Place in icebox until set (several hours) then top with whipped cream.
