Golobki (Stuffed Cabbage)
Golobki (Stuffed Cabbage) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. cabbage, 2 c. cooked rice, 1/4 tsp. salt, 5 to 10 tsp. catsup and 2 lb. ground beef, uncooked, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cook cabbage in boiling water until tender all through.
Drain and cool.
Take leaves apart, separate and dry on cloth.
Mix ground beef, rice, diced onions, salt, pepper and catsup.
Place mixture in cabbage leaf.

Fold over once, fold left and right edges in.
Fold over.
