Fried Squid(Calamari Fritti)
Fried Squid(Calamari Fritti) is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. squid, cleaned, 1/2 c. flour, 1 c. olive oil (more if needed), salt and pepper to taste and lemon wedges, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Toss the squid in flour mixed with salt and pepper; frying, to avoid flour getting soggy.
