Escalloped Potatoes
Escalloped Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large potatoes, 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour, salt and pepper, 2 tbsp. finely minced fresh parsley and 1/4 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Peel the potatoes and slice thin.
Oil a rectangular baking dish.
Arrange some of the potato slices on the bottom.
Sprinkle very lightly with a bit of flour.
Add salt and pepper to taste; sprinkle on some of the parsley.
Repeat, making 2 or 3 more layers.
Meanwhile heat the butter and milk together in a small saucepan over low heat; pour over the potatoes.
Top with paprika.
Bake, covered, for 1 1/2 hours or until a nice golden brown crust forms on the top and the potatoes are tender.
