Eggs with Crabmeat
Eggs With Crabmeat is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, separated, 2 1/2 c. milk, 1/4 lb. ham, 3 spring onions and 1/3 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Beat the egg yolk with 1/2 cup milk.
Chop the ham and onions. Heat the oil in a saucepan and saute the ham and onions over a low heat until the onions are transparent.
Stir in the flour and the remaining 2 cups of milk.
Add the crabmeat and salt and pepper to taste.
Very slowly, pour in the egg yolk mixture and the sherry.
Beat the egg white until stiff and gently fold into the crabmeat mixture.
Pour the entire mixture into a well buttered dish and bake in a 350Β° oven for about an hour.
