Diabetic Fruit And Yogurt Shake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) can peach halves (juice pack), 1/2 ripe small banana, 1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. ice cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In a blender container, combine undrained peaches, banana, yogurt and vanilla.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Add ice cubes; cover and blend until frothy.
Makes 2 (1 1/4 cups) servings.
In testing, we discovered that if we added a little vanilla to this shake, we did not need a sweetener.
