Company Squash Casserole
Company Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. (about 3 medium size) yellow squash, chopped, 1 medium onion, chopped, 3 tbsp. butter or margarine, 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place squash and onion in boiling salted water, just enough to cover.
Cover and cook 5 minutes; drain well and set aside.
