Chicken with Port Wine Sauce
Chicken With Port Wine Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chicken broth, 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, 4 tbsp. butter, 1/2 c. chopped green onions and 1/2 c. port wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Wash and slice mushrooms.
Melt butter and saute green onions 5 minutes without burning.
Add mushrooms, salt and pepper.
Saute over medium heat 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Put mixture into baking dish.
