Bouillabaisse
Bouillabaisse is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. fresh cod fillets, cut into 2-inch pieces, 1 lb. fresh sea scallops, 3/4 c. chopped onions, 3/4 c. sliced celery and 2 large garlic cloves, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In large pot, saute onion, celery and garlic in butter until just soft.
Add clam broth, water, wine, herbs and fish.
Bring to boil; simmer 10 minutes.
Add scallops; simmer 10 minutes more. Season to taste.
