Baked Flounder
Baked Flounder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. flounder fillets, lemon juice, salt and pepper, 1 tsp. dried tarragon and 2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Use a baking dish just large enough to hold fish fillets and spray dish with Pam or other no cholesterol spray.
Rub fillets with lemon juice, salt and pepper; place in dish.
Sprinkle with tarragon.
Cover with sour cream and bake in 350° oven for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Sprinkle with chives and parsley.
Serve immediately.
This will serve six.
