Zesty Baked Catfish
Zesty Baked Catfish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs, 1/2 tsp. dried whole tarragon, 1/4 tsp. lemon and pepper seasoning, 4 (4 oz.) farm raised catfish fillets and 3 tbsp. commercial reduced calorie french dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine bread crumbs, tarragon and seasoning.
Stir well. Brush fillets with French dressing.
Roll in bread crumb mixture. Arrange fillets on rack of a broiler pan that has been coated with cooking spray.
Bake, uncovered, at 450Β° for 10 minutes. Sprinkle fillets evenly with cheese and bake an additional 2 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
