*Yogurt(Marcat) is an easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. fresh milk (whole or skim) and 1/2 c. prepared yogurt (dannon; culture should be at room temperature), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Pour milk in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and pour into a bowl.
Let milk cool to 115Β° (candy thermometer). Dilute Dannon yogurt with 1/2 cup warm milk and stir into milk. Cover and wrap in Turkish towel.
Set in warm place for 4 hours. When custard consistency, place bowl in refrigerator.
