Venison Jerky
Venison Jerky is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. meat, cut into thin strips, 1/2 c. soy sauce, 1/2 c. worcestershire sauce, 2 tsp. seasoned salt and 2 tsp. onion powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix all ingredients until dissolved and marinate meat overnight.
Place a toothpick through the end of each strip. Place a layer of foil in oven to catch drippings.
Suspend strips from top oven rack.
Turn heat to 120Β° or lowest setting.
Allow oven door to stand slightly open so moisture will escape.
Heat strips 6 to 8 hours or until meat has turned dark and there is no moisture left.
Store in airtight container.
Will keep for 2 years.
