Veal Scalloppine Al Marsala
Veal Scalloppine Al Marsala is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 veal scallops, 2 tbsp. flour, 3 tbsp. butter, 1 garlic clove, minced and 1 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Coat scallops, pounded thin, with a mixture of 2 tablespoons flour, salt and pepper to taste.
Melt butter in a large skillet. Add garlic and cook until softened.
Add veal and brown on both sides.
Remove veal and place in shallow baking pan.
Add 1 tablespoon butter to pan and brown mushrooms.
Add wine and bring to boil.
Simmer 2 minutes.
Pour over veal.
Bake 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Serves 2 to 3.
