Veal Marsala
Veal Marsala is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. olive oil, 1 to 2 lb. veal steak, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 clove garlic, sliced or pressed and 1/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Brown the garlic in oil.
Dredge meat with salt, flour and pepper and brown in garlic oil.
Meanwhile, combine wine, parsley, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, water, 1/8 teaspoon salt and mushrooms. Slowly add wine mixture to browned veal.
Cover skillet and simmer very slowly for approximately 20 minutes or until tender.
If mixture thickens, add a small amount of water.
