Turkey Marsala
Turkey Marsala is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. turkey cutlets, 1/2 c. flour, 1/4 c. parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and paprika to taste and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Lightly sprinkle spices on meat.
In a bowl, mix flour and cheese. Dip meat into flour and cheese mixture. Shake excess off. In a large skillet or pan, melt butter and olive oil.
Lightly sprinkle pan with garlic salt. Keep on medium heat. Fry meat for 30 seconds on each side. To create sauce, mix wine and lemon juice.
Pour over meat.
Simmer for about 3 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Put on a plate and pour remaining juices onto meat. Garnish with lemon wedges.
