Tuna and Pepper Fricassee
Tuna And Pepper Fricassee is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 2 1/2 lb. tuna fillet, cut into 6 portions, 2 red peppers, seeded and thinly sliced, 1 yellow pepper, seeded and thinly sliced and 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat the vegetable oil in a heavy skillet and cook the tuna pieces for 2 minutes per side, turning once.
