Tortellini Soup
Tortellini Soup is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. italian sausage (i use turkey sausage and much less; perhaps 1/2 lb.), 1 c. chopped onions, 8 c. beef broth or bouillon, 2/3 c. dry red or white wine and 28 oz. can tomatoes, chopped and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
