Tangy Hollandaise Sauce
Tangy Hollandaise Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, cut into 8 pieces, 2 egg yolks, broken, 2 tbsp. lemon juice and 1/8 tsp. white pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Put all ingredients in top of double boiler and let stand for 30 minutes.
Bring water to a boil (water in bottom of double boiler should not touch top pan).
Reduce heat to low.
Cook, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until butter melts and sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
Serve over hot vegetables. Especially good on broccoli.
