Sunday Roast
Sunday Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (5 to 6 lb.) boneless rump roast, 1/2 c. cider vinegar, 1 c. water and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Place roast in deep roasting pan, fat side up.
Puncture meat with meat fork.
Pour vinegar over.
Let stand 15 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add water to pan.
Cover and bake at 400Β° for 3 1/2 hours or until meat is tender, adding additional water if needed.
About 15 minutes before meat is done, uncover to brown the top.
Skim fat from pan.
