Heat bacon at medium heat in heavy saucepan.
Add garlic and onion and cook under low heat until it browns.
Add spinach and cook until it wilts.
Combine eggs in a large bowl; stir well.
Add wine, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons cheese.
Add spinach and bacon mixture.
Heat oil in a medium nonstick skillet over low heat.
Add egg mixture and cook 15 minutes or until set (DO NOT STIR).
Sprinkle top with remaining Parmesan cheese.
Broil for 3 minutes until top is set.
