Strawberry Soufflé
Strawberry Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin, 1/2 c. unsweetened apple juice, 2 tsp. lemon juice, 1 c. unsweetened pureed strawberries and 2 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Sprinkle gelatin on cold apple juice; let soften.
Heat apple juice and gelatin until gelatin dissolves.
Remove from heat and add pureed strawberries and lemon juice; mix well.
Chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from a spoon.
Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
Fold egg whites into gelatin mixture.
Next, fold whipped topping into mixture. Divide evenly into custard cups or parfait glasses.
Refrigerate at least 3 to 4 hours.
Yields 5 servings.
