Heat oil to 375Β° in an electric skillet.
Add onions, green peppers, garlic, tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, parsley, salt and pepper; saute for 10 minutes.
Stir in tomato paste, wine, sugar, basil, marjoram and seasoned pepper.
Add sausage; cover and cook until sausage is hot and vegetables are crisp-tender (about 5 minutes).
