Spiced Pumpkin Rolls
Spiced Pumpkin Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast, 1/3 c. sugar, divided, 3/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~), 1 c. pumpkin, cooked and mashed or canned and 1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve yeast and 1/2 teaspoon sugar in warm water in a large bowl.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Stir in remaining sugar, pumpkin and next 3 ingredients.
Gradually stir in 3 3/4 cups bread flour and wheat flour to make a soft dough.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons bread flour evenly over work surface.
Turn dough onto floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic (8 to 10 minutes).
Place dough in a large bowl coated with vegetable cooking spray, turning to coat top.
