Sourdough Bread
Sourdough Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. corn oil, 1 tbsp. salt, 1 c. starter and 1 1/2 c. warm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In large bowl make stiff dough of sugar, corn oil, salt, starter, warm water and flour.
In larger greased bowl, put dough mixture and brush top with oil.
Let rise overnight (8 hours or more), covered lightly.
Divide dough into 2 parts and knead each piece on a floured board a few times.
Make into loaves and put in loaf pans with brush with oil to rise.
Let rise 6 to 8 hours, covered lightly.
Bake in bottom rack of oven at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
