Seafood Casserole
Seafood Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 3/4 c. butter, 1 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced, 3/4 c. flour, dash of garlic salt and 3 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt butter in large saucepan.
Add mushrooms and saute a few minutes.
Stir in flour and garlic salt.
Gradually add chicken broth and cream.
Stir until smooth and thickened.
Add seasonings.
Combine with seafood and mix well.
Put in 4 to 5 quart casserole and bake in 350Β° oven for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and add sherry.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Continue baking until golden and bubbly.
Serves 10 to 12.
