Sauteed Chicken Strips

Cut the chicken breasts crosswise into 1/2 inch wide strips. In a small bowl, combine the flour, salt and pepper.
Toss the chicken strips in the seasoned flour to coat lightly.
Set the chicken aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter in the oil over medium heat until hot.
Add chicken pieces and stir-fry until the chicken just begins to brown, 3 to 4 minutes.
Add the grapes, chicken broth, cream and wine.
Let mixture come to a boil. Reduce heat to medium.
Cover and simmer, stirring often, until chicken is cooked through and the grapes are slightly softened, 3 to 4 minutes.
