Salami
Salami is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef (raw), 1/8 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tbsp. liquid smoke, 2 tbsp. morton tender quick curing salt and 3/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Mix all ingredients well.
Roll like salami.
(Makes 4 rolls about the size of Ritz crackers.)
Wrap in foil and seal ends. Refrigerate 24 hours.
Remove foil; place rolls on rack in pan. (Bake on rack so excess fat can drain off.)
Bake in oven at 350Β° for 1 hour, uncovered.
When done, roll in paper towel to absorb excess fat.
Cool and rewrap in foil.
Keep refrigerated.
