Quick Fish Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped onions (2 medium onions), 2 cloves garlic, crushed, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 1/2 lb. fish fillets, cut in 1-inch pieces and 2 (10 3/4 oz. each) cans condensed chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook onions and garlic in oil in a large, heavy pan, until tender.
Add remaining ingredients.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer until fish flakes easily with fork, about 5 minutes.
