Poor Man's Lobster
Bite-size fish fillets poached in a heavily salted, lemon-laced court bouillon and dunked in melted butter. Tastes uncannily like lobster at a fraction of the cost.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine water, onion, salt, lemon juice and celery in kettle and bring to boil.
Boil for four minutes.
Add fish and bay leaf; boil for 3 minutes.
Remove fish.
Brush with melted butter (garlic); sprinkle with paprika.
Broil for 2 minutes on cookie sheets.
Serve with melted butter.
