Peggie's Egg Nog
Peggie'S Egg Nog is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, separated, 2 c. sugar, 2 pt. whipping cream, 1 1/2 c. light rum and 1 qt. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine milk, half and half and sugar until ingredients dissolve.
Separate eggs and beat yolks well.
Using low speed on electric mixer, add brandy very, very slowly to yolks.
In same manner, add rum and bourbon.
Add milk-sugar mixture to yolk mixture.
Beat egg whites until they hold soft peaks.
Beat cream until it is firm, but not too stiff.
Fold cream into liquor mixture, then fold in egg whites.
Grate small amount nutmeg. Chill overnight.
Stir or shake before serving.
