👨‍🍳 Instructions

Place chicken on baking sheet; season both sides with salt, garlic and paprika.

Bake at 425° for 25 minutes or until done. Transfer to large shallow casserole; set aside.

In medium saucepan, combine bouillon, water, orange juice, soy sauce, sweetener and thyme.

Bring mixture to boil; lower heat.

Simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly; add dissolved cornstarch and cook until thickened.

Stir in orange rind.

Pour sauce over chicken. Cover and bake at 425° for 30 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.
