Mousse Au Chocolat(Chocolate Mousse)
Mousse Au Chocolat(Chocolate Mousse) is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. bitter or semi-sweet chocolate, 4 egg yolks, 4 egg whites, 4 tbsp. butter, softened and 2 tbsp. grand marnier, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Break chocolate into small pieces and put on a plate. Cover with another plate.
Plates over a saucepan of simmering water and leave
10 minutes until the chocolate has melted. Beat the egg yolks in a mixer until they are very thick.
Fold in the butter, orange liqueur and melted chocolate. Beat the egg whites until they form soft peaks.
Fold chocolate mixture into the whites a wooden spoon. Divide mixture among 6 small dishes.
Hours before serving.
