Mom's Yorkshire Pudding
Mom'S Yorkshire Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. all-purpose flour, sift, then measure, 1 c. milk, 3/4 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. hot drippings from roasting, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven to 450°.
In a large bowl, beat eggs slightly with egg beater; beat in 1 cup milk.
Sift and measure 1 cup all-purpose flour.
Resift into milk-egg mixture with salt.
Beat until smooth.
Measure 1/2 cup hot drippings form roasting 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Pour pudding batter into pan.
Bake at 450° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve with roast beef and gravy.
