Mom's Liver
Mom'S Liver is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. beef liver, 10 strips bacon, 1 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. thyme and 1 tsp. seasoning salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Fry bacon until crisp and drain, saving the grease.
Mix flour, thyme and seasoning salt in bowl.
Cut liver in 1/2-inch strips.
Dip the liver in lemon juice, coat with flour mixture. Fry in bacon grease, (add a little cooking oil if needed) until done.
Sprinkle top of liver with chopped onions and crumbled bacon.
Serve.
