Mom-Mom's Stuffed Cabbage
Mom-Mom'S Stuffed Cabbage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 whole cabbage, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, salt and pepper, 1 egg and 1/2 c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Core cabbage and break off into leaves.
Cook leaves in microwave in a small amount of water for 5 minutes to soften. Season ground beef well with salt and pepper.
Add egg, 1/2 cup bread crumbs and grated onion.
Lay out cabbage leaves, and stuff each leaf with ground beef.
Roll up leaves; secure with toothpicks if necessary.
Cut up remainder of cabbage and put into the bottom of a big pot.
Place cabbage rolls on top.
Add the tomato sauce, bay leaf, cranberry sauce, brown sugar, white raisins and a pinch of sweet-n-sour salts.
Serve with rice.
