Meat Loaf
Meat Loaf is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. cracker crumbs, 2 beaten eggs, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce and 1/4 c. finely chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine ground beef, scallions, egg, bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 teaspoon minced ginger.
Shape into 24 balls.
In large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat.
Add meatballs; cook until browned, about 12 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Wipe skillet clean.
Combine remaining 2 tablespoons soy sauce, wine, cornstarch, sugar and 2 tablespoons water in a small bowl; set aside.
In skillet, heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat.
Add garlic; cook 1 minute.
Add remaining 1 teaspoon ginger; cook 1 minute.
Add vegetables and soy sauce mixture.
Bring to a simmer; cook 1 minute.
Return meatballs to pan.
Cover and cook until heated through, 5 minutes.
