Marinated Pork Loin Roast
Marinated Pork Loin Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (5 lb.) pork loin roast, rolled and tied, 1/4 c. water, 3 tbsp. dijon-style mustard, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil and 1 tbsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Pierce pork loin in several places with long tined fork. Place in shallow glass dish.
Blend water, mustard, oil and soy sauce. Brush over meat.
Cover and let stand for 1 hour. Drain meat.
Reserve the liquid.
Insert rotisserie spit rod through center of roast.
Secure with prongs.
Insert meat thermometer near center of roast, being careful not to hit the rod.
Position drip pan under roast and begin grilling. Grill over medium setting for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until meat thermometer registers 170Β° for well done.
Brush with sauce during last 30 minutes of grilling time.
Heat remaining sauce to serve with meat.
