Low-Fat Garlic Rosemary Pork Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Untie roast and trim off fat.
Re-tie roast.
Rub garlic over surface.
Combine rosemary, chives and parsley.

Insert meat thermometer into thickest part of roast.
Place roast in a 450° oven.
