London Broil
London Broil is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 tsp. accent, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. minced onion and 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix together Accent, salt, sugar, onion, dry mustard, rosemary, ginger and peppercorn.
Add lemon juice; mix well.
Add salad oil and garlic.
Place steak in a glass dish and add marinade. Marinate in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours (or overnight), turning meat occasionally.
Remove meat from marinade and place on broiler rack. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for 5 minutes on each side.
Cut steak in thin diagonal slices.
If meat in 1 1/2 inches thick, it may take 7 to 8 minutes per side.
Check by cutting into center. Don't cook too done or will be tough.
