Liver (As We Like It) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 to 1 lb. liver (beef), 1 egg, 1 tsp. salt, pepper and 1/2 medium onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Grind liver or put in blender.
(Don't overload blender.) I put egg, onion, pepper seasonings in, after liver.
Add flour.
Place by tablespoons in greased skillet.
Serve with catsup or barbecue sauce, if desired.
