Boil the lamb or beef in water and salt for 30 minutes.
Add onions and cook until the meat is well done.
There will be very little broth left.
Add Yogurt Sauce to meat and onions; cook over low flame for 15 to 20 minutes, until it thickens.
Brown garlic and mint in butter and add to the yogurt and meat.
Cook 5 more minutes.
Serve with rice.
