Kale Soup
Kale Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. soup bones, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 clove garlic and 6 to 8 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Simmer soup bones, onion, salt and garlic in water for about 2 hours.
Slice linguica into "coins."
Add to soup pot and simmer another half hour.
Add kale, potatoes and beans.
Continue to simmer until potatoes are tender (about 20 minutes).
Remove bones.
Can be cooled so fat can be removed.
Even better, let soup mellow for a day before serving.
