Italian Chicken
Italian Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 to 10 chicken breast fillets, halved or into nuggets, 1/2 c. white cooking wine, 4 beaten eggs, 1/2 c. butter and 1 c. italian bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix together 1/2 cup cooking wine and eggs. Soak meat in this sauce for at least 1 hour (throw sauce away when done).
Gently roll meat in bread crumbs and fry in butter until lightly browned. Saute mushrooms in pan until brown and tender.
Mix together 1/2 cup cooking wine and broth.
Pour over chicken and mushrooms.
Top with slices of Muenster cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
