Homemade Wheat Bread

In small saucepan, heat milk, brown sugar, salt and oil or margarine, just until warm (125° to 130°) stirring constantly.
Put 2 cups all-purpose flour in large mixing bowl.
Dump yeast on top, let sit.
Add to flour mixture warm liquid and egg.
Beat with electric mixer and dough hooks on low speed 30 seconds or until well mixed.
Add 2 cups wheat flour and as much remaining all-purpose flour as needed for correct consistency.
Set electric mixer on knead and mix for 6 to 8 minutes.
